Saving a job template for reuse<br />
1. Create a <strong>Preps</strong> <strong>Ganging</strong> job with new, unique press sheet layouts<br />
that you will want to reuse.<br />
2. From the File menu, choose Save As Template.<br />
3. Give the template a different name that makes its purpose easy to<br />
identify. It is helpful to maintain a consistent naming structure.<br />
4. Choose a location within the Templates folder for the new<br />
template.<br />
5. Click Save to store the new layouts in this template and<br />
immediately add the template to the Templates list.<br />
Saving and closing a job<br />
1. From the File menu, choose Save or Save As. The default location<br />
is the same folder that was used for the last save.<br />
2. Accept or change the location. For Save As, you can also accept or<br />
change the default file name.<br />
3. Click Save.<br />
4. From the File menu, choose Close to clear the workspace, file list,<br />
and press sheet list.
