Adding a sheet that is based on another sheet<br />
1. In the press sheet list, select the sheet that you want to copy.<br />
2. From the Job menu, choose Duplicate Sheet. (Shortcut:<br />
COMMAND/CTRL+D)<br />
Removing a press sheet from a job<br />
‣ In the press sheet list, select the sheet and press DELETE. This<br />
cannot be undone.<br />
Viewing and editing sheet margins<br />
1. To be able to see the distance measurements, from the View<br />
menu, choose Show Dimensions.<br />
2. In the View menu, choose Show Pages if you want to see page-tosheet<br />
edge distances.<br />
3. Optionally clear the selection of Show Marks to simplify your view.<br />
4. To be able to view or edit a distance of an object, activate its<br />
margin measurement text boxes using one of these methods:<br />
• To display all sheet-based distances, click any empty area on<br />
the press sheet. The distances between the sheet edges and<br />
the media edges become editable.<br />
• To display the margin distances around a specific page, click<br />
the page. The distances become editable.<br />
• To display the distances between the sheet edge and media<br />
edge, click an empty area on either object. The distances<br />
become editable.<br />
5. Edit the distance values as needed.<br />
The value is updated as soon as you move the cursor out of the text<br />
box, by either pressing TAB or by clicking anywhere else in the<br />
workspace.<br />
• If the job is sheetwise, it flips on a vertical axis—the grip edge still<br />
appears at the bottom.<br />
• If the job is perfecting, the press sheet is flipped on its horizontal<br />
axis—your view of the grip edge position changes.
