Editing a placed mark's information<br />

1. To enlarge your view and make it easier to select marks, click<br />

the Zoom tool and click or drag a marquee around the area.<br />

2. Use the Select tool to select marks using one of these<br />

methods:<br />

• To select specific individual marks, click a mark, or press and<br />

hold SHIFT while clicking multiple marks.<br />

• To select all placed instances of a mark on the press sheet, in<br />

the Marks list, right-click the mark and choose Select in<br />

Sheet. The marks are selected only if the properties of the<br />

mark in either the Marks list or on the sheet have not been<br />

edited since the mark was added.<br />

3. Access the selected mark's Info using one of these methods:<br />

• Double-click the mark in the workspace.<br />

• From the Edit menu, choose Get Info.<br />

4. Edit the properties as needed.<br />

Editing a mark file's Info<br />

1. In the Marks list, right-click a mark.<br />

2. Choose Edit to display the mark's Info.<br />

3. Edit the properties, as needed.<br />

4. Click Save to save your changes to the SMK file that is stored in<br />

the Marks folder.<br />

Removing individual marks from the press sheet<br />

1. On the press sheet, select the mark or marks to be removed.<br />

2. Press DELETE to remove the marks from the current press sheet.<br />

Removing all instances of one mark on a sheet<br />

1. In the Marks list, select and right-click a mark.<br />

2. Choose Remove From Sheet to remove all instances of this mark<br />

from only the current press sheet.
