Description<br />
Displays the layout dimensions, including distances between page edges or<br />
centers (depending on the Preferences setting) and between adjacent pages and<br />
press sheet edges. You must select a page to edits its text boxes.<br />
Displays a preview of all page content, if content was added. This option switches<br />
between hiding and showing content.<br />
Displays the width and height when you click a page, page group, mark, stock, or<br />
media in the workspace. The following distance measurements are also shown<br />
for the selected object:<br />
• If a page is selected, the distances between it and any adjacent pages and<br />
the sheet edges are shown and are editable.<br />
• If a media or stock is selected, the distances are shown and are editable.<br />
• If a mark is selected, the offset distances to the mark's original anchor point<br />
are shown, but cannot be edited here.<br />
• Clicking in an empty area of the workspace (so that no object is selected)<br />
clears the display of any page sizes.<br />
Displays blue borders around pages to indicate their trim boxes, based on the<br />
final page size that is set in the template page properties<br />
Displays red borders around pages to indicate their bleed margins, if any, based<br />
on the settings in the template page properties<br />
Displays the input file's page number at the bottom of each content page, whether<br />
or not preview is on<br />
Displays the input file name at the bottom of each content<br />
page, whether or not preview is on. If Show File Page Numbers is also selected<br />
in the View menu, the page number is appended to the file name.<br />
Displays the page numbers at the center of each page, whether or not preview is<br />
on. The page numbers are derived from the template page Info.<br />

Allows you to temporarily suppress the display of pages and marks, depending on<br />
your current area of concern. For example, turning off the display of pages makes<br />
it easier to check or select marks.<br />
Displays a number at the center of each group, to indicate the number of pages in<br />
the group
