A high-quality, non-layer-forming wood finishing treatment
based on natural raw materials. Developed in accordance
with the latest findings on natural surface coatings.
Complex Hard Oil is a low-viscosity hard oil combination based on
vegetable oils, fatty acids and essential oils.
The natural properties such as breathability, porosity and
diffusibility remain unchanged; - no electrostatic charging
(dust allergy)!
Tested in accordance with EN 71/T3 - saliva and
perspiration-resistant (children’s toy standard)!
No risk of spontaneous combustion!!
Can be used to treat all wooden surfaces indoors. Particularly
suitable in areas exposed to chemicals and mechanical loads, hence
ideal for use as a floor oil. Also suitable for CORK and NATURAL
STONE FLOORS (Cotto, brick).
Stir carefully before use, rate of application approx. 60 – 80 g/m².
Apply 1 - 2 times depending on the absorbency of the surface.
Excess oil must not be left on the surface.
The surface should be free from dust, grease and loose paint
(important when carrying out renovation work). Wood may be
sanded (150-180 grade) or finer (up to 320) depending on the
desired effect.
Complex Hard Oil can be sprayed, painted on, rubbed on or applied
with a roller. During application, Complex Hard Oil may be heated
to a maximum of 60° C. This speeds up drying and allows the oil to
penetrate more deeply.
Spec. weight: Approx. 0.84 g/cm³, Viscosity: Thin, Odour:
Pleasantly mild
Flash point: 62°C
Minimum amount required: Undiluted 60 – 80 g/m2 per coat – 1
l is enough for approx. 10 – 14 m² depending on the absorbency of
the wood;
Dilution: Use undiluted – Clean tools using Complex Isopar
special thinner or turpentine substitute;
Container sizes: 1 l; 5 l; 25 l; 30 l; metal tin; 200 l drum; 1000 l
container;
Transport: Non-hazardous;
Drying: Dust-dry: Approx. 40 min. Touch-dry: Approx. 90 min.
Stackable: Approx. 3 hrs Paintable: Approx. 12 hrs
Fully dry: Approx. 24 hrs
The dry surface may subsequently be polished with a suitable
polishing tool (brush, Fladder etc.).
Shelf life: At least 1 year at normal temperatures in an unopened
original container;

SPECIAL ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCT:

HU Complex Hard Oil is based on vegetable oils, balsamic resins, natural plantbased
varnishes and essential oils (Tyrolean alpine herbs). The solvent used is
an extremely pure ISOPAR FLUID (also used in the manufacture of
pharmaceutical ointments, household insecticides etc.). It is particularly
suitable for use in offices, hotels, care homes, old people's homes and
nurseries.
HU Complex Hard Oil penetrates the top layers of the wood and crystallises
upon drying. This makes the surface highly resistant to moisture, soiling etc.
When applying the oil, use only enough to saturate the wood. Excess oil (pools)
must not be left on the surface. HU Complex Hard Oil is therefore ideal for floors
too!
