total consumption: 0.1-0.2 kg/m2.
Recommended for:
• Provides very good impregnation of stone,
porous marble & mosaics.
• Excellent Topcoat over Polyurethane and
epoxy self leveling floors
• Excellent concrete sealer
Features & Benefits:
• Water based
• Easy coloring with any water base
pigment paste.
• Quick Drying
• Excellent abrasion resistance
• Excellent UV resistance.
• Satin result
Application Procedure:
Clean the substrate using a high pressure washer, if
possible. Remove oil, grease and wax contaminants.
Cement laitance, loose particles, mould release
agents, cured membranes must also be removed.
Surface irregularities should also be filled.
After washing the substrate, do not allow the
substrate to dry as the impregnation of the
material is greatly enhanced on a wet substrate.
Preparation:
Mix component A and B gently, if colouring is
necessary add 5% of water based pigment paste and
again mix gently. When stirring take care not to
introduce air in the fluid, which may result in
bubbling on the cured membrane.
Once the two components are mixed the product
should be applied within 30 minutes. Applied
product should not be re-rolled as due to the quick
curing of the product roll marks and other defects
may be observed.
Application:
Prior to application, the substrate should by wet
with water. Apply with brush in one or two coats.
Second coat is applied as soon as first coat is dry,
usually within 1-2 hours.
