The Zarges box for the fire brigade<br />
Dönges and Zarges collaborate in the fire brigade and<br />
rescue area and are bringing a modern storage concept<br />
that is compliant with <strong>DIN</strong> <strong>14880</strong>:2013-12 onto the market.<br />

Why is the <strong>Firebox</strong> ® so good?<br />
Zarges has manufactured millions of aluminium boxes since<br />
the 1950‘s. The company therefore has unique know-how<br />
and manufacturing technology. Attention is always paid to<br />
top quality workmanship and the best components. Many<br />
features such as the foamed-on lid seal are only available<br />
in this form from Zarges:<br />
• welded profile fame joints (lid, upper and lower frame<br />
profile) = greater stabiliy<br />
• the inner size is not reduced by the upper edge<br />
profilew<br />
• PU foam seal made permanently foamed to the lid panel<br />
• corner beads for even more sturdiness<br />
• Stainless steel hinge, secured with full rivets<br />
• Stainless steel connections with strong stainless steel<br />
brackets and sturdy full rivet connection<br />
• ergonomic, plastic coated spring-loaded flip handles with<br />
11 x 5 cm clearance = easy to operate even when wearing<br />
thick gloves. Handles secured with full rivets<br />
• two extremely strong belt bands, secured with full rivets<br />
• lid and wall panel thickness 1.50 mm<br />
• bottom lined with Ethafoam 220 – no rattling, no<br />
scratching, no slipping<br />

Stable Interior<br />
We manufacture dividers from stable aluminum sheets with<br />
2 mm thickness. Even with heavy parts, such as hammers,<br />
guide pulleys, etc., secure storage is guaranteed.<br />
In all boxes there are in addition foam inserts in the ground,<br />
made of high quality Ethafoam 220.<br />
Of course we also have an effect on your specific needs.<br />
