Dear Valued Customer:
Effective with shipments December 1, 2012, the Raw Materials Surcharge (RMS) for special bar
quality products will be $11.00/cwt. This represents an increase of $53/ton ($2.65/cwt.) from
November’s surcharge.

the mean divided by the yield factor.
This surcharge will be tied to the monthly AMM Free Market Price for Ferro Alloys established 2
months prior. Adjustments will be made monthly.
