Cladded racks for stationary batteries

The passoni alpha cladded
rack systems have been designed
for the main types of stationary
battery models.
The basic modul is our standard
battery rack including the modular
cladded panels.
The cladding parts are realised
in a thermoplastic compound,
based on the following characteristics.
• Shock resistance according
to IK 10 EN 50102
• Dielectric strength 6kV
according to EN 60950
and EN 50272-2
• Fire protection UL 94V0/
ISO 1210
• Ageing according to XP C
20-540
• Chemically stable against
sulphuric acid
• Chemically stable against
potassium hydroxide
• Colour: RAL 7035,
Light Grey
• ISO 9001

The passoni alpha cladding
panel system is designed for
easy assembly and is supplied
with the following panels kits.
• Side panels, left and right
• Top panels
• Front and rear panels
• Extention Kit
The application is very flexibe
and followes the modularity of
our racking system.
• Lenght: 600mm, 900mm
1200mm...6000mm in
steps of 300mm.
• Width: 745 and 970mm
• Height: 1958 and
2190mm
• VRLA (GEL/AGM): 4 to 5
tiers and from 1 to 5 rows
is ready from our stock

supply within a sufficient delivery
time a cladding for the other
applications.
