those products are originating in Ceuta <strong>and</strong> Melilla or <strong>the</strong> Community<br />

within <strong>the</strong> meaning of this Protocol, provided that <strong>the</strong>y have been<br />

submitted to working or processing which goes beyond <strong>the</strong> insufficient<br />

working or processing referred to in Article 7(1).<br />

2. Ceuta <strong>and</strong> Melilla shall be considered as a single territory.<br />

3. The exporter or his authorised representative shall enter "<strong>Croatia</strong>" <strong>and</strong> "Ceuta <strong>and</strong><br />

Melilla" in Box 2 of movement certificates <strong>EU</strong>R.1 or on invoice declarations. In<br />

addition, in <strong>the</strong> case of products originating in Ceuta <strong>and</strong> Melilla, this shall be<br />

indicated in Box 4 of movement certificates <strong>EU</strong>R.1 or on invoice declarations.<br />

4. The Spanish customs authorities shall be responsible for <strong>the</strong> application of this<br />

Protocol in Ceuta <strong>and</strong> Melilla.<br />

TITLE VIII<br />

FINAL PROVISIONS<br />

Article 38<br />

Amendments to <strong>the</strong> Protocol<br />

The <strong>Stabilisation</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Association</strong> Council may decide to amend <strong>the</strong> provisions of this<br />

Protocol.<br />
