List 3 : Quotas and duties applicable upon import into Croatia of goods originating in
the Community
Note :The products listed in this Table shall be subject to concessions set out below. The
volume of the tariff quotas will be increased annually in the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006
by 10% of the volume for 2002. The applicable duty for quantities exceeding these volumes
will be reduced in the years 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 to 90%, 80%, 65%, 55% and
40% of the MFN duty rate.
