ANNEX I
Duty rates will be reduced as follows:
– On the entry into force of the Agreement, duty shall be reduced to 60% of the basic
duty
– On 1 January 2003, duty shall be reduced to 30% of the basic duty
– On 1 January 2004 the remaining duties shall be abolished
