Hi Everyone,
Seema Kondgule
It feels great to come back to India after 1.3 years; it was such a
memorable and beautiful experience of my life. What can I describe
about this period, it was full of adventures, learning, sleepless nights
with full of work [which is quite habituated]. I started my journey as
Solution Analyst which was quite different than my profile; it gives me
lot of exposure to suggest new ways of implementing solutions. When
Continuity was formed in Onshore-offshore structure, it was a new
challenge to play ATL role which gave many opportunities to develop
professional and personal skills.
I enjoyed each and every moment spent at MultiChoice may be its build
time, deployment time or any other S1's or p1's. Every situation has its
own experience to deal with various kinds of people may be its business,
deployment team etc. got the opportunity to see our developed solutions
going live, which give us the feeling which we can't express in words.
After returning to offshore it's nice to work with the team whom I know
virtually only [through Gtalk and mails, everyone is so co-operative and
has positive attitude towards work even if they have less knowledge but
they are ready to learn, ready to spend their time to provide the solutions
on time. One thing I strongly believe is, the work environment should be
friendly and cheerful so that any P1 and S1 looks like normal SD.

TEAM MUSKETEERS (Evolution):-
Musketeers was involved in delivering Subscription and Cash Sales payment for
Evolution program which we have delivered successfully in as short span of time just 2
Sprints ( 4 weeks) as it was a required component for Epic demo, the delivery was
highly appreciated by the Business. We were also engaged with promoting Messaging
Framework to Production Environment which is the first Project of Evolution that is
going to promoted in Production Environment.
TEAM ARKO (Continuity):-
Team Arko have successfully delivered WSDL for Vendor Payment Service on said
time and got appreciated from client for team dedication. Vendor Payment Service is
newly designed to accept payments from vendors like Shoprite, PNP, PEP & SPAR
and process them real time. This generic service is designed for all Vendors of South
Africa.

2. Created PoC of BoldChat application Integration with Mobile subscriber GOTV and
DSTV application and successfully demonstrated to MultiChoice Client. Currently busy
with integrating BoldChat application with Africa Communicator Website.

MultiChoice can quickly resolve customer queries which will indirectly
help Multichoice to increase the business and reduce the
disconnections.
MultiChoice customers will have cost effective medium to interact with
MCA
It will Increase interaction between MCA and its customers with
minimal cost

Team Spartan (Continuity):-
Delivered “South Africa Billing Issue (Out Of Warranty Devices) For DSR4828 Decoder”.
In IBS Web billing amount was not capture for decoder DSR4828 (Out Of Warranty Devices). So Team delivered Config script within
given time and now business can successfully capture payments for “out of warranty device DSR4828”.
Team Human Pyramid (Continuity):-
Delivered “Invalid Postal Code (Ghana, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ethiopia) successfully to production”
Invalid postal codes have arisen due to incorrect IBS Configuration, invalid information being supplied by the different countries as well
as due to data redundancy. Team has worked to remove this data redundancy with new proper postal codes before the migration from
IBS 5.4 to 6.2.
Team Krygers (Continuity):-
“Business has planned for Product Reclassification to update the existing products description and reclassify more
than 3400+ products in all African countries, so there is consistency in product naming as well as product grouping.”
Team Krygers has picked up this mammoth task and successfully delivered Product Reclassification for countries NIGERIA and
ANGOLA. Also Team have planned and committed to complete all 18 African schemas by first week of July.
Team Galaxy (Continuity):-
Delivered the “Subscriber Incentive Application for African schemas on time and got the appreciated by client for
team dedication”
Subscriber Incentive Application has been initiated to reduce the number of disconnection within Africa and to increase the customer
base by giving them the discount. It was initiated to encourage subscribers to remain consistently active and avail for discount.
