Report on implementation of PA- CO Impact – Council of Europe project for the Anti-corruption Initiative Administration capacities strenghtening PACO Impact – Council of Europe project is aimed at supporting the Southeastern Europe countries to implement the activities related to drafting and implementation of anti-corruption plans and strategies. In the framework of planned activities for Montenegro it is envisaged to strenghten capacities of the Anti-corruption Initiative Administration, which will be especially related to intensification of cooperation between the competent authorities for prevention and combating corruption, public awareness raising about the manifestations of corruption, negative corruption trends and strenghtening the citizens’ role in revealing and preventing corruption. The Law will regulate and unify also other subject-matter included in other laws, which treat this area. Regulating the mandatory insurance by a special law indicates to the significance of this insurance and enables its easier application.
