Pursuant to provisions of Article 20, paragraph
1 of the Law on Budget, the report
will contain data which include analysis of
macroeconomic aggregates development, as
starting point for budgetary planning, which
are related to the development of gross domestic
product, prices, earnings and employment.

11. Information on planned rationalization
of the Republic Pension and Disability
Insurance Fund
The information will reflect the activities,
which, in the framework of pension administration
reform and overall reform activities
intended for reorganization and implementation
of new business processes, are being
continuously implemented by the Fund
in relation to internal rationalization in order
to promote the technical-technological
process of work and create conditions for legal,
efficient and duly servicing of pension
and disability rights.

12. Report on the Ministry’s work in
the field of financial system and public
expenditures and situation in the administrative
area, along with the administration
authorities’ reports on work and
situation in the areas for the purpose of
which it was established in 2005
Article 62 of the Law on Public Administration
(''Official Gazette of the Republic of
Montenegro'', No. 37/03), regulates that the
Ministries shall, at least annually, submit to
the Government the report on work and administrative
area situation. In addition, Article
72 of the Law regulates that any administration
authority shall, at least annually submit
to the Ministry a report on work and situation
in the areas for which it has been established.
The report has to consist of a
description of implementation of laws and
other regulations, realization of programs
and conclusions of the Government, measures
they undertook and results they achieved.

14. Report on implementation of PA-
CO Impact – Council of Europe project
for the Anti-corruption Initiative Administration
capacities strenghtening
PACO Impact – Council of Europe project
is aimed at supporting the Southeastern
Europe countries to implement the activities
related to drafting and implementation of
anti-corruption plans and strategies. In the
framework of planned activities for Montenegro
it is envisaged to strenghten capacities
of the Anti-corruption Initiative Administration,
which will be especially related to intensification
of cooperation between the
competent authorities for prevention and
combating corruption, public awareness
raising about the manifestations of corruption,
negative corruption trends and strenghtening
the citizens’ role in revealing and
preventing corruption.

15. Analysis of tax policy implementation
for the period January - October
2006
The analysis will examine the tax policy
application effects in the first 10 months in
2006 and its influence on the economy, Budget
and funds, and it will propose relevant
measures for promotion of the policy in the
next year.
