4. The information submitted in our Bid is complete, is strictly as per the requirements as
stipulated in the RFP, and is correct to the best of our knowledge and understanding. We
would be solely responsible for any errors or omissions in our Bid.
5. We confirm that our Bid is valid for a period of two hundred and eighty (280) days from the
Bid Due Date and the Bid Security shall be valid upto 60 days beyond the bid validity period.
6. The Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium of which we are the Lead Consortium Member
(Please strike out whichever is not applicable), satisfies the legal requirements and meets all
the eligibility criteria laid down in the RFP.
7. A Power of Attorney from the Bidding Company/Lead Consortium Member authorising the
undersigned as the Authorised Representative, Signatory and Contact Person who is
authorised to perform all tasks including, but not limited to providing information, responding
to enquiries, entering into contractual commitments on behalf of the Bidder, etc., in respect of
the Project is included as a part of the Proposal.
