Tirupathi Urban Development Authority SECTION 4 PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED 4.1 Schedule of Bidding Process Milestones Date Issue of Request for Proposal to Bidders 1100 Hrs, May 11, 2007 Last date for intimation of any discrepancy in RFP document Last date for receipt of requests for clarifications and conditions to be addressed at the Pre-Bid Conference 1700 Hrs, May 18, 2007 1700 Hrs, May 25, 2007 Pre-Bid Conference 1400 Hrs, June 1, 2007 Last date for receipt of proposals and Opening of bid documents (“Bid Due Date”) 1500 Hrs, July 09, 2007 Presentation by qualified Bidders July 16, 2007 Completion of Evaluation (“Evaluation Date”) July 26, 2007 OPP given opportunity to match preferred proposal Last date of submission of revised proposal by OPP July 27, 2007 1700 Hrs, Aug 03, 2007 Evaluation of OPP revised proposal Aug 07, 2007 Issuance of Letter of Award Aug 08, 2007 Finalisation of Development Agreement August 21, 2007 In order to enable TUDA meet the target dates, Bidders are expected to respond expeditiously to clarifications, if any, requested during the evaluation process. TUDA shall adhere to the above schedule to the extent possible. TUDA, however, reserves the right to modify the same. Intimation to this effect shall be given to all the Bidders. 4.2 Language of the Proposal The language of Proposal and related documents and correspondence shall be in English. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by Bidder along with the Proposal may be in any other language provided that they are accompanied by translations in the language in English and certified by the concerned Embassy/High Commission/Consulate of the country of origin of Bidder, in India. Supporting materials, which are not translated into English, shall not be considered for evaluation. For the purpose of interpretation and evaluation of the application, translation certified by Embassy/ High Commission/Consulate shall prevail.
