A productive routine can lead to good habits.
Reaching this place can be very difcult for some
people, while others gure it out with ease. Most
people have the ability to reach their potential,
but it takes a strict program to nag you to do
them, but it will keep you on track as it serves as
a visual reminder or a “cheat sheet.
SPIRITUAL
a. Pray to a Power beyond yourself -
[We recommend the God of the Bible] -
It is a good thing to have a strong faith
in God.
b. Meditate –
Meditate for 15 minutes, visualizing
ideas in meditation for 60 minutes. Sit in
a chair with your back straight. Watch
your breathing
c. Be grateful & Forgiving –
Visualize everything and Person you are
grateful for, as well as every person
who has done you wrong and forgive
them.
d. Study & read –
Read the Bible, focusing on the Books
Proverbs, the Gospels [Matthew, Mark
Luke & John], Daniel, Deuteronomy, etc.
Think positive thoughts, and appreciate
your existence. Read recommended
autobiographies and self-help books.
Just because everyone seems dishonest is no
reason you should be. You should be proud that
you can be honest.
MENTAL
a. Write down a list of names, of lists of ideas –
10 businesses you can start from home. 30 ways
you can help others without spending any money.
b. Write down a list of ideas–
Then, write down even more later. Revisit it later in
the day, and even the following day.
Puzzles, books and other mind-expanding
activities.
Discipline is essential for success. Ask anyone who had
a lot of success and then lost it. They will tell you that
at the core of it all, they lost themselves in indiscipline.
All the Best to you in your endeavors!
PHYSICAL
a. WAKE UP BY 5AM -
The early bird catches the worm. Besides it is
the most peaceful time of the day
b. Exercise or at least 20 minutes –
No excuses here. It is too easy to sit in a
chair all day. So go out and shoot some
basketball outside, run a couple of laps
around the neighborhood [a mile or 2] – or
skipping.
c. Do not eat after 6 pm –
This is very hard, but you will sleep better,
and naturally lose weight.
d. Go to Sleep by 9 pm–
8 Hours of sleep a night keeps you
refreshed and your faculties at their highest.
EMOTIONAL
a. Cut out the people that are a drag on you –
The world is full of negative and misdirected
acquaintances. Disengage from them and
ignore them.
b. Help friends, family & people you love –
Except when they bring you down, no
exceptions.
c. You do not owe any explanations –
Explaining is draining.
