Official Entry Form<br />
All entries MUST be received by May 1, <strong>2013</strong>. No late entries will be accepted.<br />
Send each entry under a separate e-mail message using the subject of TSA De<strong>sign</strong> Contest (Name of Entry) to<br />
Leona@tx<strong>sign</strong>s.org. Official Entry Form must be attached to the e-mail as a word document.<br />
Each entry for each category must be accompanied by the following:<br />
Categories 1-5, 7<br />
Category 6<br />
Maximum of (2) high quality digital color photos of the actual <strong>sign</strong> at installation site;<br />
E-mail photos should be 8”x10” tiff, jpg or jpeg at 300 dpi high resolution color.<br />
Maximum of (1 photo per <strong>sign</strong>) high quality digital color photos of the actual <strong>sign</strong> at installation<br />
site;<br />

Companies with first place winning entries must agree to provide a photo in RAW format at 8”x10”, 300 dpi, for<br />
production of the membership directory. Please mail a CD of this file to the TSA office. Winners will be asked to<br />
