Notes:<br />

1. Mr. LI Xueming and Mr. LIU Guolin retired as non-executive<br />

directors with effect from 1 June 2011.<br />

2. Mr. XU Zheng resigned as an non-executive director with effect<br />

from 6 April 2011.<br />

3. Mr. CHANG Li Hsien, Leslie was appointed as an executive<br />

director on 1 September 2010.<br />

4. Mr. CHUNG Wai Sum, Patrick was appointed as an executive<br />

director on 10 June 2011.<br />

5. Mr. WAN Man Yee resigned as an executive director with effect<br />

from 20 December 2010.<br />

6. Mr. TANG Sau Wai, Tom resigned as an executive director with<br />

effect from 1 September 2010.<br />

7. The balance represented the estimated value of share options<br />

granted to the directors under the share option schemes of the<br />

Company and its subsidiary. The value of these share options is<br />

measured according to the Group’s accounting policies for sharebased<br />

payment transactions and, in accordance with that policy,<br />

includes adjustments to reverse amounts accrued in previous<br />

years where grants of equity instruments are forfeited prior to<br />

vesting.<br />

annual director’s fee of HK$100,000.<br />

The five individuals whose emoluments were the highest in the<br />

Group for the year include three (2010: three) directors whose<br />

emoluments are reflected in the analysis presented above. The<br />

emoluments payable to the remaining two (2010: two) individuals<br />
