Executive Session
Be it hereby resolved by, a motion was made by Mrs. Dawn Sullivan seconded by Mr. Bill
Maxwell at 8:30 p.m. pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12 and 10:4-13 that said public body hold an
executive session regarding: Media Specialist and SBA/Board Secretary positions
It is expected that discussion undertaken in executive session will be made public at the time
action is taken.
