FINANCING<br />

2. Local Agenda <strong>21</strong>, a programme aimed at promoting<br />

and implementing <strong>sustainable</strong> <strong>development</strong> concepts at <strong>the</strong><br />

level of <strong>the</strong> <strong>local</strong> public administration and civil society in<br />

Medgidia – financed by <strong>the</strong> UNDP.<br />

1. Increase <strong>the</strong> energy efficiency in <strong>the</strong> city of Medgidia<br />

through <strong>the</strong> modernisation of two <strong>the</strong>rmal <strong>plan</strong>ts and<br />

restoration of <strong>the</strong> afferent secondary networks (develop<br />

<strong>the</strong> Feasibility Study and Technical Project), financed by<br />

<strong>the</strong> United Nations Development Programme.
