supervision at arrival and leaving times and recreation times.
To ensure that the use does not result in loss of amenity to neighbouring residents
in terms of noise and disturbance, in accordance with policy T1 of the Core
Strategy (2011) and policies DM H10, DM H11 and DM J2 of the Development
Management Local Plan (2013).
17) The development hereby permitted shall not commence until full details of how the
development proposal provides an inclusive and accessible environment been
submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Council. The approved details should
then be implemented and retained thereafter in this form.
To ensure that the proposal provides an inclusive and accessible environment in
accordance with policy DM G1 of the Development Management Local Plan
(2013) and The London Plan (2011) policy 7.2.
18) Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, a Refuse and
Servicing Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the
Council. Details shall include the weekly numbers and times of deliveries and
collections, the size of vehicles to be used and details of off-loading locations and
vehicle movements. The use shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the
agreed details.
To ensure that the refuse collection and servicing requirements of the school will
not adversely impact on the operation of the public highway and to ensure that the
amenity of occupiers of the surrounding premises are not adversely affected by
noise, in accordance with policies DM J2, DM J6, DM H9 and DM H11 of the
Development Management Local Plan (2013).
19) The building development hereby permitted shall not be occupied or used until full
details (including elevational drawings) of proposed covered cycle racks for 66
bicycles and parking for 40 children's scooters have been fully submitted to and
approved in writing by the Council. The cycle and scooter parking shall be
provided on the site prior to the first occupation or use of the building and shall
thereafter be permanently retained.
To ensure the provision and permanent retention of the cycle and scooter parking
spaces for parking purposes, in accordance with policy DM J5 of the Development
Management Local Plan (2013).
20) Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, a Demolition
Management Plan, a Construction Logistics Plan and a Construction Management
Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. Details shall
include control measures for dust, noise, vibration, lighting, delivery locations,
restriction of hours of work and all associated activities audible beyond the site
boundary to 0800-1800hrs Mondays to Fridays and 0800-1300hrs on Saturdays,
advance notification to neighbours and other interested parties of proposed works
and public display of contact details including accessible phone contact to persons
responsible for the site works for the duration of the works. The details shall also
