To ensure that the demolition does not take place prematurely and to safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area, in accordance with Policies DM G1 and DM G7 of the Development Management Local Plan 2013. 3) The demolition hereby permitted shall be undertaken before a scheme for temporary fencing and/or enclosure of the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, and such enclosure has been erected in accordance with the approved details and retained for the duration of the building works.
