My fellow anglers and friends,
May will be an exciting month with the Angling and Outdoor
Show at the end of the month, at Setia ECO Parks convention
center in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is the time of year where
anglers head out to the fair to see what’s coming in the near
future and return home with minds racing and hearts beating in wait for the arrival of
one’s dream products. This leads to sleepless nights and loads of Ipad tapping, Google
searching, etc.
Well, should I be wating for the arrival of a certain rod or reel, I too will be as eager as a
beagle awaiting its favourite biscuit. This got me thinking, perhaps we should organize
a fair too. Why not ay? Let’s see what transpires in the future.
Here is another exciting piece of news. With the collaboration of MGFA and Extreme
Anglers, custom stryled tuned rods are hitting our shores. They are not just hitting our
shores. They are hitting our shores with prices one cannot say no to. How much would
a custome rod cost? Now think this. How much will a custom rod cost if it were to be
mass produced? That answer is reason enough to stirr up major interest.
Look at the advertisement beside this note that I am writing. It’ll be happening in
June. Three clinics and 4 hours of fishing for RM150.00 per participant and its going to
take place at one of our testing grounds. RM150.00? That is seriously worth your hard
earned Ringgits. Unfortunately it is limited to only 50 pax so, you had better hurry.
