Note 1 : These <strong>Zoning</strong> regulation shall be applicable <strong>for</strong> planning of Land uses at the <strong>Master</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>/ Sector <strong>Plan</strong> Level.<br />
2 : The <strong>Authority</strong> may decide the activities to be permitted in Special Projects.<br />
3. Activities in SEZ shall be permitted as per SEZ policy.<br />
4. Activities already permitted in the various schemes shall continue as per the terms & conditions specified in the scheme.<br />
5. Commercial Activities in other land uses shall be permitted on the basis of impact fee or additional reserve price as decided from time to time by the <strong>Authority</strong>.<br />
6. Non Residential activities in the Village abadi/abadi extension shall be permitted only on 12.0mtr. or more wide roads.<br />
Conditions :-<br />
1. In <strong>Plan</strong>ned Designated Commercial Plot/ Area<br />
2. Only <strong>for</strong> the products of Industriy/factory.<br />
3. Only on 30Mtr. or more wide roads/Plots earmarked by <strong>Noida</strong>.<br />
4. <strong>Plan</strong>ned / Designated Plots.<br />
5. <strong>Plan</strong>ned commercial or facilitlity or instituational Plots.
