Tart, yet sweet. Rich, yet dry. An extremely complex<br />
beer showcasing the luscious Black Doris plum that<br />
will get the taste buds dancing.<br />

72 Almonds of Steal<br />
This Brown Ale incorporates local Mildura almonds<br />
so expect deep caramel flavours, slight nutty<br />
overtones and a deep chestnut hue. Although this<br />
beer is low carb, vegan and vegetarian friendly,<br />
there are nuts in it so if you have an allergy, best to<br />
have a friend tell you what you’re missing!<br />

73 Banoffee Pie Dessert Ale<br />
Inspired by the Banoffee Pie, this is a salted<br />
caramel Imperial Brown Ale fermented out with<br />
German Hefeweizen yeast. Expect a rich malt<br />
backbone loaded full of caramel complexity while<br />
the yeast displays the banana esters that drive<br />
home this delicious banana dessert.<br />

74 Moa Feijoa Sour<br />
Feijoa fruit harvested by the brewer was added to<br />
this brew which utilised four yeast strains, two of<br />
which were wild yeasts sourced from the brewer’s<br />
vineyard. It was then fermented and conditioned in<br />
used barrels for 8 months.<br />

Named after the enigmatic bus route in Sydney’s<br />
Northern Beaches, this beautifully balanced<br />
Imperial IPA was made with fresh mangos and<br />
honey throughout the fermentation. With big<br />
balanced tropical aromas, this packs a nose full of<br />
citrus fruit but finishes light and refreshing.<br />

This Russian Imperial Stout was aged in Lark<br />
Whisky Barrels then infused with Seven Seeds<br />
coffee specially roasted for infusion into this beer.<br />
It’s big and black on the outside, yet soft and<br />
smooth on the inside.<br />

THE MUSSEL INN New Zealand<br />
82 Bock Swine<br />
An imperial (bigger) version of this brewery’s<br />
famous beer flavoured with the freshly picked tips<br />
of the Manuka tree and Kiwi hops. It is inspired by<br />
the first beer ever to be brewed in New Zealand, by<br />
Captain James Cook in 1773. It’s a very distinctive<br />
beer with notes of ginger and rose oil.<br />
