BURLEIGH BREWING COMPANY QLD
30 Peach Saison
A complex balancing act, this gathers peach
characters from natural peaches and unique
‘peachy’ hops and wraps them around a medium
hopped, refreshing, approachable Saison. Delicately
dry hopped, this is pleasantly fruity but not sweet.
CHEEKY MONKEY BREWERY WA
32 Death Dancer
A black Red IPA (or RIPA) brewed with a ridiculous
amount of rye to give it a heap of spice and
pizzazz. They’ve then dry hopped this bad boy
twice to give aromas of pine, resin and tropical
fruits and finished it all off with a Belgian Abbey
yeast for a touch of funk.
MORE CHALLENGING
