The post holder will normally be based at the Tower Road campus but<br />
as a term of employment may be required to work at any campus from<br />
which the <strong>College</strong> is offering or providing services<br />
Estates Co-Ordinator<br />
Leadership of cleaning staff at Tower Road & Holly Hill campuses<br />
In accordance with <strong>College</strong> procedures to ensure a regular cleaning<br />
service is provided at Tower Road and Holly Hill Campuses<br />
With all <strong>College</strong> staff, including caretaking, Administration and<br />
Lecturing staff including Senior Management<br />
Responsible for providing reports to Estates Co-Ordinator in<br />
connection with co-ordinating the activities of the cleaning staff and<br />
other cleaning related matters<br />
Personal Specification:<br />
1. Physically fit and in good health<br />
2. Good leadership and organisational skills<br />
3. Good interpersonal skills<br />
4. Ability to use own initiative<br />
5. BICSc trained<br />
6. First aid trained<br />
Duties and Responsibilities<br />

To order distribute and monitor stock levels of cleaning materials<br />
To ensure the efficient use of cleaning materials<br />
To monitor and co-ordinate equipment repairs/orders<br />
To ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene<br />
To ensure that KPIs are maintained and improved to meet and exceed targets<br />
To monitor time-keeping and attendance of cleaning staff through the use of a signing in<br />
book and the completion of timesheets<br />
To participate in the interview process<br />
To participate in probationary and appraisal reviews of staff<br />
To deliver staff training in the use of cleaning procedures and equipment use<br />

To ensure that staff adhere to Health & Safety and Safeguarding regulations<br />
General Duties<br />
The post holder will also be required to undertake other duties as directed by the Principal<br />
(or his/her delegated representative) appropriate to the administration of the <strong>College</strong> within<br />
the abilities of the post holder.<br />
