2.0 ROADWAY NETWORK CONDITION AND FINDINGS<br />

2.1 ROADWAY NETWORK SIZE<br />

The paved roadway network consists <strong>of</strong> five functional classes, covering approximately 222 miles <strong>of</strong><br />

pavement. The average overall pavement condition <strong>of</strong> the roadway network (asphalt and concrete) at the<br />

time <strong>of</strong> the survey was 65. The network has two pavement types: asphalt and concrete, with asphalt<br />

being predominant. The following table summarizes the functional class splits within the system.<br />
