During the public participation process, the public was given the<br />
opportunity to express their watershed desires. The public identified the<br />
following watershed desires:<br />
• Address pollutants entering watershed<br />
• Increase public education and awareness<br />
• Determine a funding mechanism for program<br />
• Assure that measurable actions are developed to track program<br />
success<br />

Likewise, the stakeholders were also given an opportunity to develop a list<br />
of watershed desires. This list was prioritized by the stakeholders and is<br />
