and settle in <strong>the</strong> western <strong>Cruth</strong> <strong>Lowlands</strong>.<br />

Among <strong>the</strong>m are <strong>the</strong> Blackstone Orcs and<br />

<strong>the</strong> Jagged Claws. This forces o<strong>the</strong>r,<br />

east, between <strong>the</strong> Magos and Gustos<br />

rivers.<br />

Traladarans. The <strong>Cruth</strong> <strong>Lowlands</strong>,<br />

however, keep <strong>the</strong>ir own cultural traits --<br />

stronger Vandar traditions, and <strong>the</strong> reemerging<br />

Sons <strong>of</strong> Night. The cults <strong>of</strong><br />

Chardastes and Zirchev are also more<br />

common than those <strong>of</strong> Halav and Petra.<br />

BC 491 Goblinoid hordes fleeing <strong>the</strong><br />

Sardal Pass take refuge in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Cruth</strong><br />

Mountains, becoming a long-term threat to<br />

<strong>the</strong> Traladarans. The Greyslayer orcs and<br />

<strong>the</strong> <strong>Cruth</strong> Ogres settle in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Cruth</strong><br />

<strong>Lowlands</strong>.<br />

BC 308 Trinkla, a young magician, steals<br />
