We had previously sold a house with Brent Courtney of McGrath who<br />
achieved a great result for us. I asked Brent to recommend a local McGrath<br />
agent for our St Leonards apartment and Brent suggested we speak to<br />
Alon. I chose to use Alon, and McGrath again due to consistency in their<br />
proven sales approach across its agencies, the strong McGrath brand and<br />
their access to premium buyers in the market.<br />
The communication process leading up to, and during the marketing were<br />
great, receiving updates after every open for inspection, and more<br />
importantly having our sales expectations appropriately managed.<br />
In the end, the sale price exceeded our expectations, and the negotiations<br />
were handled with unexpected ease, and a distinct lack of stress, achieving<br />
a strong result well in advance of the auction. Alon and George have been a<br />
pleasure to deal with and have seen the sale proceed right through to<br />
settlement without a hitch.<br />
