1.5 Where do we proceed from here with multiagency
discussions.
- we need to look at "confidentiality issue" as it
is a possible barrier to successful collaboration.
A representative from the Justice Department is
necessary in the next discussions.
- we need to discuss specific cases as examples
how a multiagency committee would deal with such a
referral. "we can identify the barriers and
collaborate to solve each barrier, one step at a
time."
- Multiagency discussions will resume on the
coordinators' Fall 94 agenda.
2.0 April 15th Workshop
- Plans are completed
- April 14, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Victoria School,
Portage, a session with Dr. Jean Hewitt for
coordinators and psychologists.
3.0 Special Ed Funding
For next meeting, bring accurate information on number
of students, numbers in L2 and L3; paraprofessional
hours according to L2, L3, ESL, Native Ed, etc.
4.0 MAST Motion on separating clinicians from Teacher
Contracts.
5.0 Materials
Ervin's response will be faxed to each coordinator;
coordinator to forward information to Board delegate.
