OLVIMS - Legacy is used at approximately 325 Air Force installations (including Air Force Reserves and Air National Guard
units) to track fleet operations and vehicle maintenance data. Among a multitude of management and reporting
specifics, OLVIMS is designed to provide current serviceability status; manage and project scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance; handle parts requirements/consumption quantity and cost data, accumulate fuel quantities consumed and
associated cost, manage warranty of vehicles, parts, and contracted maintenance, track and report labor time accounting
activity, track and report vehicle dispatch requirements, automate fleet analysis, manage War Readiness Vehicles
(WRM), manage vehicle rotations and recalls, manage vehicle requirements and authorizations and facilitate reporting of
warranty problems and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO).
