Online Vehicle Interactive Management System (OLVIMS) INC 1-Dispatch is a web-based application hosted on the<br />
Global Combat Support System-Air Force Integration Framework (GCSS-AF IF) and is used at approximately 325 Air Force<br />
installations, including Air National Guard and Reserves units. Vehicle Operations/Management personnel utilize<br />
OLVIMS Dispatch to capture, schedule, and monitor vehicle dispatch requests and vehicle utilization; and issue and track<br />
Air Force Motor Vehicle Operator Identification Cards (driver licenses) and Driver Records, to include vehicle<br />
qualifications, restrictions, certifications, and violations.<br />
