The Works consist of—Construction of building, laying of sewer line, civil, mechanical and electrical job,
Landscaping, horticulture, etc

The Start Date shall be the date of issue of notice to proceed with the work. (1.1)
The Intended Completion Date for the whole
of the Works is 12 month with the following milestones: [17, 28]
Milestone dates:

Milestone 1 i.e. Completion of all civil work for guest house and office building 7 (seven) months
Milestone 2 i.e Completion of all sanitary and plumbing, electrical work, with
external work i.e storm water drain, water distribution system,
sewerage disposal, under ground reservoir 10 (Ten) months.

Milestone 3 i.e. Completion of all remaining works including boundary wall
12 (twelve) months

The Contractor shall submit a revised program including Environmental
Management Plan for the Works (in such form and detail as the
engineer shall reasonably prescribe) within 14 days of
delivery of the Letter of Acceptance. [27]
The Site Possession Dates shall be: fourteen days
from the date of signing the agreement [21]
