High Representative in Bosnia has refused <strong>to</strong> answer his inquiries, the Office <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Prosecu<strong>to</strong>r has failed <strong>to</strong> respond <strong>to</strong> his request <strong>for</strong> disclosure, and the Registrar refuses <strong>to</strong><br />
even deliver Dr. Karadzic's request <strong>for</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mation <strong>to</strong> NATO.<br />
18. The Trial Chamber is respectfully requested <strong>to</strong> hold an evidentiary hearing at<br />
which the justification, if any, and the responsibility <strong>for</strong> these searches can be definitively<br />
determined, and, at the conclusion <strong>of</strong> such a hearing, or in lieu <strong>of</strong> such a hearing, <strong>dismiss</strong><br />
the indictment or stay the proceedings, as a result <strong>of</strong> the <strong>abuse</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>process</strong> in this case.<br />
