Bloodletting CEMEX employees, contractors, and volunteers from the community voluntarily donated blood in this special mission organized at the APO Plant. CEMEX Turnover of Land Titles in Binangonan, Rizal. Binangonan Mayor Cesar Ynares and CEMEX Philippines VP for Commercial, Nicandro Fucoy, handed out certificate of land titles to qualified residents of the Don Vicente Madrigal Village, a relocation project of the Rizal Cement Company. Feed-A-Child Once a month, the APO Ladies and Solid Ladies Clubs go to local communities to address the problem of malnutrition, like this mission pictured above.
