At 6:32 PM, Mr. Semione called the meeting to order.<br />

Diane Albano and Rita Levay from CASDA gave an overview through a<br />

power point presentation of the findings of the review of Special<br />

Education Services for the <strong>Gloversville</strong> <strong>Enlarged</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>District</strong>. They<br />

thanked everyone that was involved with the study. The presentation<br />

was followed by questions and answers from the board and persons in<br />

attendance. The recommendations have been put into an action plan<br />

and we will go forward from there.<br />

people who are residents of the school district. Non-residents may not<br />

Mr. Pickus gave the Board Members a handout explaining how the new<br />

data elements are required to report to the state for teacher and principal<br />

evaluations. He briefly went over how the data will be reported. He also<br />

distributed to the Board a listing of items that will be discussed at the<br />

Winter <strong>2012</strong> NERIC Data Warehouse Chief Information Officer Meeting. A<br />

brief discussion was held concerning the individual items on the list.<br />

--Negotiations are proceeding with regards to the candidate’s contract.<br />

--Steve Schloicka will have a full budget presentation at the March Board<br />

--On behalf of the <strong>2012</strong> senior class Mr. DeMallie has proposed a Senior<br />

Class trip for June 2-3 to Niagara Falls and Darrin Lake. Further<br />

information to follow.<br />
