independent of line speed, web tension and/or
absorbance characteristic of the coated web. Web

The tooth gears are driven with
steplessly adjustable speed and
the foam application amount and
penetration into the material is
determined by the speed of the
tooth gears with 100% uniformity
and absolutely constant from the
first to the last centimeter.

adjustable from 0 to 100%

For paste and foam applications on technical textiles,
standard textiles, carpets, upholstery, nonwovens,
glass fibre, tissues ...
New closed slot coating system which allows a constant
coating over the working width.
The amount of application is controlled by paste pump or
foam generator.
