The December General Membership meeting minutes were read by Secretary Gayle Bergstrom.
A motion was made by Hannah Bergstrom and seconded by Sally Del Giudice to approve the
minutes. The motion carried.
Laura Kemmis read the December -Treasurer's report. A motion to accept the report was made
by Sue Bragg and seconded by Alan Spidahl. Motion carried.
Correspondence: Truhaven Chronicle, Misfit Acres and Spotlight.
Committee Reports:
Awards: Pam Foshay – Ready for the Banquet
Banquet: New chairperson Tracy Macalus
Clinics: New chair Kayla Hosler

Fundraising: No Chair. Laura updated the Club members on the Jewelry Fundraising sales in
November brought in $49.00. Sue Bragg updated us on the March 9 th Modified Tack
Swap/Garage sale.
Membership: Chair Colleen Kaiser updated the new annual memberships 18 Single 14 Family.
Newsletter: Grace Borg stated that she is still looking for any interesting events or educational
items for the news-letter.
Parades: New Chair Pam Foshay

Royalty and Public Relations:
Shows – Closed: Mary Bradley, Chair scheduling dates for the shows
