In the references about Lakeview Hotel and sanction of loan by Habib Bank to
duty free shops against Benazir Bhutto, Shafi Sehwani, the member planning,
CDA and Safdar Abbas Zaidi, President Habib Bank were the key witness. Their
refusal to testify won them lucrative jobs in the next govt. Sehwani was rewarded
