In the references about Lakeview Hotel and sanction of loan by Habib Bank to<br />
duty free shops against Benazir Bhutto, Shafi Sehwani, the member planning,<br />
CDA and Safdar Abbas Zaidi, President Habib Bank were the key witness. Their<br />
refusal to testify won them lucrative jobs in the next govt. Sehwani was rewarded<br />
with chairmanship of the Capital Development Authority and Safdar Abbas Zaidi<br />
was appointed head of <strong>Pakistan</strong> Investment Board when Bhutto came into power<br />
in 1993.<br />
The reference of LPG against Benazir was not proved because the whole record<br />
