Prohibited Behavior
• Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as
profane and abusive language, use of tobacco,
fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and
can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season
ticket privileges.
• Standing on seats/bleachers, and throwing of
any objects in the stands or onto the field, is also
prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive
behavior, please notify your nearest law enforcement
officer.
• NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field
of play unless they are properly credentialed or
accompanied by an authorized staff member.
Violators are subject to arrest.
Enforcement
Individuals found violating any policies can be
removed from the stadium. If you see something, say
something.
Non-students, while not affected by the Student
Conduct Code, are subject to arrest and prosecution
under applicable laws and state statutes.
Offenders’ names will be forwarded to the UAA by
the law enforcement representative reporting the
citation. The offender may be contacted by the UAA
and issued a warning that a future violation could
result in loss of ticket privileges. Season ticket holders
are responsible for the behavior of anyone using their
tickets and would be subject to this policy if the
person using their ticket violates the Code of Conduct.
Students involved in prohibitive or disruptive behavior
will also be subject to disciplinary action through the
Dean of Students Office and University of Florida’s
Code of Student Conduct. Students enjoy the rights
and privileges that they gain as a member of the
university community and are subject to the
responsibilities which accompany that membership.
The University Athletic Association reserves the right
to remove the ticket holder from the premises if in
the sole opinion of the security personnel his or her
conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches,
officials or fans. The UAA thanks you for your support.

GUEST SERVICES
ATMs
SunTrust ATMs are located on the main concourse near Gates
8 and 18. ATMs on the main concourse are near Gates 7, 13 and
15, and in the top level of both the North (Sunshine Seats) and
South End Zone.
CHAIR-BACK RENTAL
Chair backs can be no larger than 16 inches. Permanent,
waterproof, season-long Gator Seatbacks are available for
season ticket holders for $55.00 including tax. Game-by-game
rentals will also be available for $10 per game, cash only. Call
1-800-601-1920 TDD/TTY 711 or visit gatorseatback.com.
DISABLED SERVICES
Wheelchair seating is located in the North and South End Zones
of the lower concourse and in select areas of the West side of
the Stadium. Those fans needing a wheelchair space or
accessible seating should visit the Gator Ticket Office, or call at
800-34-GATOR (352-375-4683 x6800) TDD/TTY 711. Tickets
should be purchased prior to your arrival to the Stadium.
FIRST AID
First Aid Stations are located outside both Gates 2 and 3,
between Gates 13 and 14 and behind section 53 (2nd level).
Additionally, stations are centrally located on each level of the
North End Zone, and in the South end of Evans Champions Club.
GUEST SERVICES BOOTHS
Guest Services booths are located on the Stadium concourse
at Gates 2, 7 and 16 on game days. Representatives can also be
found throughout the Stadium. Several services are available
here, including, Tag-A-Fan, emergency paging, lost & found
turn-in, etc.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and found articles can be reported or turned in to any
Gator Guest Services representative. On game day, all items
may be retrieved at the main Guest Services desk in the UAA
ticket office lobby (between Gates 1 & 2). Afterwards, all items
are held at the main Gator Ticket Office.
TOBACCO USE
The University of Florida is a tobacco-free campus, and the
UAA adheres to this policy at all of its facilities. Violators are
subject to ejection. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.
ADA SHUTTLES
Shuttles pick up at Garage IX - located at the intersection of
Archer Road and Gale Lemerand Drive - and drop off at the
intersection of Stadium Road and Gale Lemerand Drive,
adjacent to Gate 18. Service is free for disabled patrons using
state-issued placards.
GAME DAY STAFF
Each game day worker in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is focused on making your
game day experience a great one. All groups listed below work together to
make Saturday’s in The Swamp enjoyable.
Color code indicates personnel’s uniform.
ACFR (Alachua County Fire Rescue)
All aid stations are staffed by ACFR Paramedics and EMT’s.
ACSO (Alachua County Sheriff’s Office)
Staffed in the North End Zone.
Centerplate Concessions
Provide concessions throughout the stadium. Staff and
volunteers wear blue shirts, in-seat beverage sellers wear
yellow shirts.
CSC (Contemporary Services Company)
Manage the ticket takers and security personnel. Frontline
guards wear yellow polos, supervisors wear light blue. All say
CSC on front and back.
Elite Enterprises
Provide all the janitorial services inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Staff wear dark blue polos, restroom staff wear white t-shirts.
FHP (Florida Highway Patrol)
Work on the East side of the Stadium and patrol the highways
pre and post game.
Gator Guest Services
Available at all games to answer fan questions, assist with
game-day issues and make all fans feel comfortable during
Gator athletic events.
GPD (Gainesville Police Department)
Patrol the streets directly around the stadium and work in the
West side of the Stadium. Officers wear black uniforms.
Safe Management
Provide skybox personnel during football games. If you need
assistance during the game, please locate the nearest usher,
at every section entrance in the stadium, or customer service
desk located on each skybox level.
Stewarts Catering
Oversee all of the catering needs of the Skybox and
Touchdown Terrace areas.
UPD (University of Florida Police Department)
Monitor areas inside and outside the East side of the Stadium.
Service begins 4 hours prior to kickoff and ends at kickoff.
Return service begins at the start of the 4th quarter and ends
30 minutes after the game has finished.

Stadium. Please note that large carry bags and
backpacks are not permitted.
Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or

ADA/Accessibility
Wheelchair seating is available in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Those fans
needing a wheelchair space or accessible seating should visit the
Gator Ticket Office prior to game day, or call 800-34-GATOR

Animals
Only service animals are permitted into Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Baby Changing Stations
Seven baby changing stations are located in various restrooms
throughout Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

BAG LINES
There are ‘bag’ and ‘no bag’ lines at each point of entry into Ben Hill
Griffin Stadium - please proceed through the appropriate line with
the help of visual aids - to help with ease of entry. All bags will be
searched at designated bag check lines upon entering the Stadium.
Banners & Signs
Banners and signs must be handheld, not obstruct another guest’s
view, and be tasteful. Game day staff reserves the right to remove
signs in violation of the Gator Fan Code of Conduct.
Comments & Suggestions
Guests with a comment, suggestion, or complaint are encouraged to
visit a Guest Services Booth, email UFirst@gators.ufl.edu, or text
“GATORS” with the information to 69050.
Concessions
Concession stands are located throughout the Stadium. See the
Stadium Map for locations of stands and specialty items. No outside
food or drink is permitted.
All concession stands are ready to assist with any special needs.
Please alert the staff if you need assistance.
CenterPlate is Ben Hill Griffin Stadium’s premiere hospitality provider.
It sponsors over 60 Nonprofit organizations to fundraise at Gator
Football and various athletic events throughout the year. CenterPlate
provides selections including Oscar Meyer All-Beef Hot Dogs, hot
fresh popcorn, soft pretzels and Pepsi products throughout the
stadium.
Credit Cards
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at
the Gator Ticket Office, all SportShop locations as well as select
concession stands throughout the Stadium, Please check for the
designated ‘credit card line’ prior to ordering your concessions.

Disabled transportation
Golf carts are available to pick up fans in reserved disabled parking
lots around the Stadium and drop passengers off as close to their
gate as possible. Post-game, golf carts stop by Gates 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7,
and run 30 minutes after the game has finished.
Guests needing this service should find the nearest Guest Services
stand to request a pickup call. Guests will be assisted on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Golf cart shuttles are limited in seating, therefore only
the guest in need of assistance and one companion should seek this
service. The golf cart program is limited for persons with disabilities.
Any disabled person parking on campus can call 352-494-2305
TDD/TTY 711 for assistance from the Gator Lift. This service begins 2
hours prior to kickoff and can pick up fans based on availability and
location.
Additionally, those guests in non-reserved lots around campus may
utilize Gotcha Ride, a free service to guests, by calling 352-478-0096
TDD/TTY 711 for pickup and drop off, both before and after the game.
Due to the high volume of calls, guests are picked up on a first-come,
first-serve basis, with potential wait times.
Elevators
There are two accessible elevators in the Stadium reserved for guests
with disabilities and mobility challenges, one in the North End Zone
between Gates 7 & 8 and one between Gates 1 & 18 in the South West
corner of the Stadium.
Evacuation Policy
In case of evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the GatorVision
Boards and public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will
assist you in safely exiting the Stadium. Additionally, video boards will
provide supplemental information regarding any emergency.
Fan Emergencies
Should you or another guest need immediate assistance, please notify
the nearest game day staff member, or text “GATORS” along with
your issue to 69050.
Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are for those fans with small children and guests
with disabilities, and are located at Gate 2 between sections 6 and 8,
and behind section 15.
Prior to kickoff and before entering the Stadium, fans may utilize the
family restroom at the O’Connell Center located between gates 1 & 2.
First Aid Stations
There are eight (8) locations inside the Stadium for medical treatment:
outside both Gates 2 and 3, between Gates 13 and 14, and behind
section 53 (2nd level). Additionally, stations are centrally located
on each level of the North End Zone, and in the South end of Evans
Champions Club.
Physicians and emergency medical personnel are available at First Aid
Stations to respond to any emergency medical needs. Please ask
security personnel for assistance/directions to the nearest station.
Gates
All gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Fans may enter at any gate.
Students must enter through gates 9 and 12-15.
Gator sportshop: the Official Shop of Florida athletics
Gator merchandise can be purchased at various locations throughout
the Stadium.
The two main Gator Sportshop locations are located at the North End
Zone inside Gate 9 and South End Zone inside Gate 18. Both accept
credit and debit cards.
The North End Zone store is open Monday–Saturday from 10 AM to 6
PM, year-round, and 11 AM-4 PM on Sundays following home football
games. The South End Zone store is open Monday-Saturday from 10
AM to 5 PM. Gator souvenir stands are located throughout the main
concourse of the Stadium on game days, and feature additional items
not available at the Gator Sportshop.
Lost and Found
Turn any lost items into a Gator Guest Services representative. On
game day, items may be retrieved at the main Guest Services desk
located in the Gator Ticket Office lobby (between Gates 1 and 2).
Following the football game, all items are held at the Gator Ticket
Office (352-375-4683 ext. 6800 TDD/TTY 711), located between Gates
1 and 2.
Lost Persons
Lost children and guests may be taken to any Guest Services booth.
For parents or family reconnecting with a lost person, meet your party
at the main Guest Services desk located in the Gator Ticket Office
lobby (between Gates 1 and 2). If necessary, an announcement will be
made to page the missing person.
Radio Affiliates
Fans may listen to the live broadcast of the Gator IMG Sports Network
on the following stations:
• ESPN 850 (AM)
• Country 103.7 - The Gator (FM)
• XM Radio and Sirius (check online for specific channels)
• Additional stations can be found at gatornetwork.com /listings
Radio broadcast is also simulcast on Cox Cable channel 970 in
Gainesville.
Re-Entry Policy
Fans are not permitted to leave and re-enter Ben Hill Griffin Stadium
once their game ticket has been scanned.
Should a medical emergency arise requiring you to leave the Stadium,
you must report to the East or West first aid stations to receive an
emergency medical pass to re-enter the Stadium.
In the event of a severe weather delay, fans will be allowed to exit the
Stadium to seek shelter. Fans will be re-admitted at the restart of the
game with their ticket stubs.

Restrooms
Inside the Stadium: Please refer to the Stadium Map.
Outside the Stadium: Before entering the Stadium, fans may utilize
any of the five portable restrooms on campus, located at the Law
School, Garage IX, adjacent to Smather’s Library, the Music Building
and at the McCarty Complex. Fans may also use the restrooms just
inside Gate 1 of the Stephen C. O’Connell Center starting 3 hours prior
to kick-off.
Stadium Security
If you need any assistance during the game, please locate the nearest
law enforcement officer, Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC)
usher, or Security, Athletic Facilities & Events (S.A.F.E.) usher. For more
information about joining the CSC or S.A.F.E. team, as well as
fundraising opportunities, please call (407) 316-8000 TDD/TTY 711 or
(904) 633-6179 TDD/TTY 711, respectively.
TaG-A-FAN
The Tag-A-Fan Program is meant to reduce the amount of time a
parent/guardian could be separated from their missing party in a
game-day crowd. The wristband allows a parent/guardian to fill out
their section, row and seat number in case a fan becomes separated
from his/her party, and can be picked up at the Gator Guest Services
booth located outside Gate 2.
The information on the wristbands provides stadium personnel to help
re-unite guests with their respective parties. Any lost person will be
escorted to the main Guest Services desk located in the Gator Ticket
Office lobby (between Gates 1 and 2). Parents, guardians or family
members with a lost person should contact the nearest police officer
or event staff member.
Tailgating
You may tailgate within your spot (in front of or behind your vehicle)
or in any open grass area. Please take special care to not block the
road and/or walkways.
• Music must be confined to your tailgate area
• Tents may not be used within a parking spot
• Golf carts, mopeds and scooters will not be allowed in parking lots
and surrounding streets on game day.
Tailgating: USE OF APPROVAL ITEMS
If you’re looking to enhance you’re tailgating experience with specific
ideas in mind, the following items must be approved by UAA staff
prior to game day:
• Large industrial-sized cookers (special circumstances only)
• Portable generators
• Company/Business signage
Tailgate Guys provides all tailgating equipment, which includes
tents, tables, chairs, and full television packages, and will be set up
in advance on the Reitz Union Lawn just steps from Ben Hill Griffin
Stadium. You will also have the option to reserve ice-filled
coolers, paper products and utensils, as well as several choices for
full-service catering.

Telephones
There are several courtesy phones throughout the Stadium that may
be used to dial any local number. Phones in the main concourse are at
Section A and between Gates 13 and 14. Phones located just inside the
gates are at Gates 6 and 9.
Text Message System
If you see something, say something. Please send us your issues,
feedback, comments, and questions while inside the Stadium on
Gator game days. To reach our event management staff text
“GATORS” along with any information or questions to 69050.

Tobacco Policy
The University of Florida is a Tobacco Free Campus, which includes
the ban of electronic cigarettes. This policy is in effect at all University
Athletic Association facilities, including Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at
Florida Field. We request and appreciate your adherence and
compliance with this University policy.
Game day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request
such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
TV Information
Each game is broadcast live on either CBS, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU,
the new SEC Network, or FSN. Network selections are typically made
6-12 days in advance. Every game (home and away) re-airs during the
week on the SEC Network. Florida Football with Will Muschamp airs
at noon each Sunday on Sun Sports.
Water Fountains
For fan comfort, water fountains are available throughout Ben Hill
Griffin Stadium. Please remember to drink plenty of fluids.
TAILGATE GUYS
The UAA has partnered with Tailgate Guys to provide Gator fans with
a first-class, turnkey tailgate experience - where all you have to do is
show up and tailgate!

TICKETING INFORMATION
Tickets
All persons entering the stadium, regardless of age, must have a ticket
or proper credential. Fans can enter through any gate, except UF
students, who should enter through any of the student gates: 9, 12, 13,
14, 15.
Duplicate Tickets
If two guests have a ticket for the same seat, please check with an
usher. If the issue still needs attention, please proceed to the nearest
Ticket Relations Assistance Area or Gator Ticket Office.
GROUP Tickets
Group tickets are available for select games. For more information,
contact Matt Sanchez in the Gator Ticket Office at 352-692-6406
TDD/TTY 711, or via email at groupsales@gators.ufl.edu.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If you have lost, or need to report any stolen tickets, please contact
the Gator Ticket Office at 352-375-4683 ext. 6800 TDD/TTY 711.
Ticket transfer
Any guest with a ticket purchased from the Gator Ticket Office can
transfer their ticket via email to another person free of charge. To do
so, please visit GatorZone.com/tickets/forward.
Ticket Office Hours and Locations
The Gator Ticket Office is located between Gates 1 & 2 inside Ben Hill
Griffin Stadium. It is open from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM on weekdays. On
Game day it opens 4 hours prior to kickoff, along with Will-Call, which
is located at the exterior Ticket Booth, outside Gate 2 on the West
Side of the Stadium.
The Student Ticket Office, at Gate 13, opens 90 minutes before kickoff
and remains open until the end of the 1st quarter. Students must show
their Gator1 ID and their ticket to enter the game. Distance learners
can pick up their tickets for each home football game, 3.5-1.5 hours
prior to kick off from the Student Ticket Office.
Visiting Players Guests and Will Call is located at Gate 17, lower level.
Ticket Relations Assistance
For ticket-related issues prior to entering the Stadium, please visit a
Ticket Relations Assistance Area located at Gate 2 (Exterior Ticket
Booth), Gate 13 (Student Ticket Office), Gate 17 and the Gator
Boosters Lobby (North End Zone, between Gates 7 and 8.)
Ticket Scalping Law
University of Florida Regulation 6C1-4.006 prohibits commercial
activity on campus, including the sale of athletic tickets, except as
specifically authorized by the University. Ticket scalping on the
University of Florida campus is illegal, and violators are subject to
legal actions and/or potential loss of season tickets.
GAME DAY PARKING
Parking & Traffic
Please display your parking pass at all times. Decal restrictions are
lifted on campus in non-reserved lots only. A vehicle may only take
up one space. The UAA is not responsible for any lost or stolen
items.
Two and a half hours prior to kickoff, no traffic is permitted on Gale
Lemerand Drive from University Avenue to Stadium Road.
Park & Ride (shuttles)
RTS Gator Aider/Regional Transit System provides local park & ride
service from the following locations:
• The Oaks Mall south parking lot (behind Macy’s)
• The Hilton Hotel & Conference Center
• Haile Plantation Village Center
• Tioga Town Center
• SW Downtown Parking Garage
The service costs $10 per game or $50 for the 2014 season. Service
begins three hours before the game, and the last bus departs 10
minutes prior to kickoff. Return buses run at the start of the 4th
quarter and throughout the first hour after the game ends. All
locations and busses are ADA accessible. Contact RTS at
(352) 334-2600 TDD/TTY 711 or www.go-rts.com for more
information. This is a special service. Gator1 ID cards are not valid.
Public Parking
Public parking lots are limited around the Stadium. All non-reserved
lots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking on the
grass and sidewalks is NOT permitted. Violators are at risk of being
towed.
RV Parking
For non-Gator Boosters RV parking questions, please call UF Parking
and Transportation at 352-392-8048 TDD/TTY 711. All RVs must use
an exhaust extension pipe to project all fumes upward and away
from other parking lot users.
Disabled Parking
Reserved disabled parking passes are distributed prior to the season
to qualified season ticket holders, and are given based on season
ticket longevity. Passes are for one of three areas: the O’Connell
Center Lot, Murphree Hall area, and adjacent to the UF Academic
Advising building.
Fans who do not qualify for a reserved disabled parking pass are
encouraged to park at Garage IX, on the South side of Archer Rd.
on Gale Lemerand Dr., and utilize the free lift-equipped disabled bus
with their state-issued disabled placard to Gate 18.
