D. Explanation of Reports
The system prints eight reports of drive-thru activity: 1. Every-Car Report,
2. Any-Hour Report, 3. Any-Daypart Report, 4. Any-Day Report, 5. Any-Week
Report, 6. Any-Period Report, 7. Any-Month Report and 8. Year-To-Date Report.
Reports 1 through 8 can be printed "on demand," when commanded from the
keypad. Reports 1 through 4 can also be set to print automatically. (See page 19,
section III, E, for setting automatic printing of reports.) When a report is set to print
automatically, it will always print at the designated times, every day, unless you change
the automatic-print setting.
1. Every-Car Report
If selected to print "on demand," the Every-
Car Report shows every customer served
between the selected start and end times. If
selected to print automatically, the report
will print after every two customers.
It shows the time of day, the Service-
Window Time and total time in seconds
for each customer. Times can be shown
for up to the last 49,000 customers.
When two lanes are used, the left column
is for lane 1 and the right is for lane 2.
Scenario 3 reports will also show Cashier-
Window Time.
2. Any-Hour Report
If selected to print "on demand," the Any-
Hour Report shows drive-thru activity for
any previous, one-hour period, ending
with the selected hour. If selected to print
automatically, the report will print after
every hour.
It shows the day, date and time of day,
how many customers have been served
in the hour, the total number of seconds
the customer waited at the drive-thru window
and the average service time per
customer. It also shows how many customers
were served under target time,
over target time, over excess time and the
three longest times.
NOTE: The hour selected must have
ended, or this report will not print.
