V. PRINTING ON-DEMAND REPORTS
To obtain printouts of any reports, on demand, complete the steps below.
Step 1:
Complete the instructions for lockout code entry on page 11 before
going any further. If you have done this go to Step 2.
Step 2: action result
To enter the On-Demand Reports mode,
press the REPORT key .
NOTE: If you need to exit On-Demand
Reports and return to the first display,
press the ESC key.
On Demand Reports
(1-9) or Ø = Done :Ø
REMEMBER:
The # key stops the printer.
The CLR key clears current entries.
The ESC key returns you to the
command display.
Step 3: action result
To select which report you would like to
print, press one of the respective number
keys listed below, then press ENTER, and
go to the step indicated in parentheses.
1 Every-Car Report (See page 32.)
2 Any-Hour Report (See page 33.)
3 Any-Daypart Report (See page 34.)
4 Any-Day Report (See page 35.)
5 Any-Week Report (See page 35.)
6 Any-Period Report (See page 36.)
7 Any-Month Report (See page 37.)
8 Year-to-Date Report (See page 37.)
9 Download Every-Car Report to PC (See page 38.)
NOTE: This requires a PC connection
to the System 20A control unit.
If you have finished, select Ø.
NOTE: Remember that some reports
depend on dates and times, and
therefore are not available until those
dates or times are past.
