B. System Setup
The System Setup mode allows entry of basic information such as dates and times,
used by the System 20A to generate various reports.
CAUTION: Be certain dates entered are correct, or valuable data may be lost.
Step 1: action result
Complete the instructions on page 11.
Press the SETUP, 2 and ENTER keys
to get the display to the right.

Enter Date: Ø6/Ø7/95
NOTE: If you need to exit the System Setup
mode and return to the Timer Configuration
display, press the ESC key. (Any
changes already made will be saved.)
Step 2: action result
If the date is correct, press the ENTER key
to go to the next display.
To change the date, press the number keys
to enter the current date, then press ENTER.
NOTE: The date cannot be set back to a
previous date.
Example entry : 06/07/95

Step 3: action result
If the time is correct, press the ENTER key
to go to the next display.
To change the time, press the number
keys to enter the current time (in 24-hour
time), then press ENTER.
Example entry : 06:29:15

Store ID # :
NOTE: Always use 24-hour time.
For example, a time such as 15:04:08
would be the same as 3:04:08 P.M.
Refer to page 2 for explanation of
24-hour time.
If the date is set forward by more than a few
days, the system will spend several seconds
processing the date/time change before
the store ID display is shown.
