A. Keypad Lockout Code Setup
To prevent unauthorized access to the System 20A, you can establish
a keypad lockout code and a user passcode, each of which can be up to 7-digits.
Follow the instructions below.
Step 1: action result
Complete the instructions on page 11.
Press the SETUP, 6 and ENTER keys
to get the display to the right.
Change code:Ø=Done
1=Lockout, 2=User:Ø
NOTE: To exit the Keypad Lockout mode
and return to the Timer Configuration
display, press the ESC key. (Any
changes already made will be saved.)
Step 2: action result
To enter a new keypad lockout code, or
change an existing code, press 1 then
ENTER.
or
To enter a new user passcode, or change
an existing code, press 2 then ENTER.
If you do not want to enter a new keypad
lockout code or user passcode, press
the ENTER key to return to the Timer
Configuration display.

NOTE: The lockout code and user passcode
can be set to two different numbers.
They can both be left blank, or the user
passcode alone can be left blank.
Step 3: action result
Use the number keys to enter a new code
of up to 7-digits, then press ENTER.
Example entry: 2457
NOTE: If a lockout code was already
entered and you no longer want
a lockout code, press CLR then
press ENTER.
Timer Configuration
(1--1Ø) or Ø=Done : 6
This completes the Keypad Lockout Setup. Other Timer Configuration settings
can be selected by pressing any of the number keys shown on Table 2, page
12. Press the ESC key to return to the Enter Command display on page 11.
