section of the MTDP. Instead, rural development <strong>in</strong>itiatives are shown <strong>in</strong> the tables <strong>in</strong> other sections of the MTDP — for example, <strong>in</strong> the parts<br />

deal<strong>in</strong>g with health (part 3.3), education (part 3.4), transport (parts 3.8-3.10), utilities (part 3.11), ICT (part 3.12), and energy (part 3.13).<br />
