Terms and Conditions of Sale<br />
Initial <strong>Deposit</strong><br />
Production positions are assigned in order of an initial deposit received. A $5,000.00 (five thousand dollar)<br />
deposit is required to secure a production position. Your initial deposit is refundable within 30 days. <strong>Deposit</strong><br />
refund request must be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from date order placed and made direct<br />
to FoxAir LLC. <strong>Deposit</strong> refunds may be subject to a $150.00 processing fee. Visa or Master Card will be<br />
accepted for initial deposits only.<br />
Payment Schedule<br />
8 (eight) weeks prior to the start of production of your <strong>Kitfox</strong> Super Sport <strong>SLSA</strong>, a payment of 50% of the<br />
balance remaining will be required. At this time and going forward all funds paid to FoxAir LLC will be<br />
non refundable. These and all future funds are payable via bank wire transfer or certified funds only to<br />
FoxAir LLC.<br />
A payment of 25% of the remaining balance will be requested at start of the Firewall Forward & Avionics<br />
installation.<br />
Remaining balance of the full purchase price will be due upon completion and prior to customer delivery.<br />
All funds are quoted and required payment will be in US Dollars. No exceptions.<br />
A payment schedule will be provided to buyer for his/her convenience with due dates and amounts.<br />
Production positions are transferable. FoxAir LLC must approve the transfer of a production position.<br />
Terms of this agreement must be agree upon by all parties involved and a new purchase and sales agreement<br />
signed by the party the production position is transferring to. All funds previously paid to FoxAir LLC in<br />
regards to the transferred production position will remain with FoxAir LLC.<br />
Custom Options<br />
Custom Options, such as paint schemes or avionics, will be quoted separately. Custom options are quoted on<br />
a individual basis and may require additional deposit and or charges for installation requirements and<br />
materials.<br />
Warranty<br />
FoxAir LLC warranties all workmanship and materials used in the manufacturing of this aircraft for a period<br />
of 6 months from date of delivery. All original warranties from outside suppliers, including avionics,<br />
propellers, and engines, will remain as stated by the individual supplier. No other warranties are implied or<br />
expressed by FoxAir LLC.<br />
Sales Tax<br />
FoxAir LLC will furnish the buyer, an <strong>Aircraft</strong> Bill of Sale (FAA Form AC 8050-2) at time of delivery for full<br />
amount of the purchase price. Buyer of said aircraft will be responsible for state sales tax and any fees<br />
associated with the registration of the aircraft in the buyers residence/registration state.<br />

Insurance<br />
Insurance coverage will be the responsibility of FoxAir LLC through the production process. Buyer takes full<br />
responsibility for any and all insurance requirements at the time the Bill of Sale and Registration paperwork<br />
is issued to the buyer. FoxAir LLC is held harmless when buyer has taken possession of the aircraft.<br />
Flight Instruction<br />
Flight instruction in your new <strong>Kitfox</strong> Super Sport <strong>SLSA</strong> can be arranged at the factory. Please contact us in<br />
advance to set up an instruction session. Requirements are as follows, Pilot must possess a current Sport<br />
Pilot License or a Private Pilot License. All pilots must have a current flight review (BFR) and be within the<br />
required 90-day currency. No primary flight instruction is available. All pilot logbooks must be current and<br />
available for CFI review.<br />
Delivery<br />
Buyer will be notified of expected completion date in advance and will be responsible to arrange pick up or<br />
delivery of their <strong>Kitfox</strong> Super Sport <strong>SLSA</strong> aircraft purchased. Storage fee will be assessed @$75.00 per day<br />
for any aircraft deemed ready for delivery by FoxAir LLC and not picked up from the factory within<br />
15 days of completion.<br />
Possession of <strong>Aircraft</strong><br />
Possession of the aircraft is when the Bill of Sale and Registration paperwork has been issued to the buyer.<br />
