The CONOVER TOWN BOARD, has agreed to allow the use <strong>of</strong> the nonconforming<br />
structure in accordance with terms given on the application on the<br />
reverse side.<br />
<strong>Special</strong> Conditions that must be met for this approval are:<br />

Other local or county permits for sanitary, water and general use purposes<br />
may be required. For construction <strong>of</strong> a dwelling for human habitation requires a<br />
zoning permit from the <strong>Conover</strong> Zoning Administrator first, then a Vilas County<br />
<strong>Permit</strong> must be obtained and contact must be made for a State <strong>Permit</strong> from Rick<br />
Clem <strong>of</strong> RC Inspections – Tel 715-543-2094 or Cell 715-892-2056.<br />
In accordance with the agreement, the permit will become effective on the<br />
date <strong>of</strong> enactment by the <strong>Conover</strong> <strong>Town</strong> Board…………….<br />
